Take the third exit for Ostuni, than follow signs towards Francavilla Fontana
Plane
Brindisi's airport is 35km south of Ostuni.
Bari's airport is 110km north of Ostuni.
Train
Railway station is out of the center, roughly 2km away.
To reach ostuni just follow the signs.
